Railroad Car Safety

I’ve worked at many factories that had railroad spurs.  We had raw materials that were delivered by rail car, and our finished products were transported out via rail car too.  Fortunately we never had an injury accident associated with the loading/unloading/moving of rail cars.

Working with rail cars is potentially a very dangerous operation.  I’m not an expert on this subject, but here are some railroad car safety links that I’ve used that might be of interest to those of you who have railroad spurs –
