In the United States, our governmental workplace safety and health agency (OSHA) maintains a list of “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQs) that they are often asked. You can see this list by clicking here. Also, answers to additional questions not addressed in the FAQ list may be obtained from OSHA’s “Interpretation Letters” database.
