3 New Ways To Display Signs & Posters

Let’s say you need some new safety signs and posters and you intend to print them using your office ink jet printer.  But after they’re printed how are you going to hang them?  Besides the usual tape or stick pins, here are three other ways that you might want to consider for hanging signs and posters –

  • Magnetic sheets are available that you can run though most ink jet printers.  They are 8.5 X 11 inch, and have one side that you print on and the other side is magnetic.   There are various manufacturers of these magnetic sheets, with some being more durable and magnetic than others.   These signs will adhere to most metallic surfaces including doors, machinery, and appliances.
  • Print and stick adhesive backed paper also are 8.5 X 11 inch and can be run through most ink jet printers.  Print your signs and posters on one side, and then peel off the wax paper from the back side revealing an adhesive back that will stick to most surfaces. The “glossy” version dries fast and is water proof.   These adhesive backed stickers are permanent and are not easily removed.
  • Removable window and wall signage can be printed in your ink jet printer and will stick to any smooth surface.  Unlike the adhesive backed stickers, these signs are easily removed.  These window decals will turn your window into a safety sign or poster.  Also use on walls, mirrors and doors.  Available in white 8.5 X 11 inch size.
