New Uses For Safety Posters

Safety posters are a great way to remind workers of safety rules and  safe work practices.   To be effective: posters should be of  high quality, cover the same subject as your current safety meetings,  and not be left up for over a week or two.  If posted in a dirty area, have them laminated for protection.   Also, consider putting your posters in a frame to dress them up and set them off. 

After a poster is taken down, don’t throw it away – recycle it.  Review old posters with new employees in their safety orientation training.  Or, how about wallpapering the first aid room (or safety managers office) with second hand safety posters?
