Below is this week’s “Safety App of the Week“.  Every Monday we publish an article that reviews and rates a new workplace safety app.  Our testing is done on Apple iPads and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3s.  We rate each app from ♥ to ♥♥♥♥♥ (♥♥♥♥♥ is the best).  Prior app of the week articles are archived here.

• no registration or sign in required
• great instructions and instructional videos
• developed in Canada, but can be used in any other country with any monetary system
• extremely detailed with 6-pages of information that you are required to input on each accident
• six industry presets
• custom analysis available that’s based on your own hours and pay-rates
• this puts OSHA’s “Safety Pays“ on-line accident cost calculator to shame
• can email completed summaries to interested parties
• can be used off-line 

Thumbs Down

•  no identifiable shortcomings – this app does only one thing,  but it does it extremely well
